Our five divisions (Training, Interim Staffing, Employee & Labour Relations, Payroll & Accounting, and Outplacement/Career Management Services) provide our clients with solutions and a complimentary suite of service options to meet their specific training, HRM & HRIS needs. We provide enhanced training and skill development that focus on breaking down employment barriers. Our bilingual HR team is there for you to ensure that your organization is in compliance with all legislative requirements as it pertains to the day-to-day operations and employee relations concerns. We help organizations accomplish this by providing on-site and virtual support, customized training, workplace investigations, and representation in the event that an organization needs to part ways with a member of their team, or receives an Employment Standards, Human Rights, and/or Workplace Safety and Health related complaints. We are also available for any French and English translations you may need.
OUR HISTORY
StratHR Solutions Inc is a bilingual and multi-provincial HR/Business, Training & Development consulting firm born out of hardship, tragedies, and a passion to equip individuals, especially women and small business owners with tools, foundational and transferable skills to excel at work and their industry.
Established in 2012, we have over 20 years of experience in human resources management, professional and leadership training, business development, career management, and talent strategy. We’ve put over 50 people to work every day, conducted over 1000 interviews per year, and successfully transitioned more than 100 people into new roles during the pandemic.
