As President of Management Consulting, Deborah-Zita leads the business strategy & operations practice for StratHR Solutions Inc. This includes Business Scale Up, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions and integrations, SaaS customer experience, go-to-market strategy, digital services, CxO interim and advisory, and board governance.

A senior human resources leader with experience in all aspects of HR vision, strategy, and implementation, Deborah-Zita has applied her background to many facets of the businesses she’s worked with. She has done consulting in organization development and effectiveness, performance consulting, process improvement, leadership, DEI training, and payroll in both small and large organizations, bringing solutions that provide an immediate impact while enabling sustained organizational impact.

Deborah-Zita is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the medical, human resources, and labor relations fields. She is an engaging leader with substantive skills in staff and leadership training, customer orientation, program and risk management, and business development. She also brings significant experience in succession planning, as well as leading organizations through substantial transitions.

Deborah-Zita has led the implementation of operations review practices in HR departments, bringing a unique skill set and approach to human resources leadership driving pragmatic, metrics-driven solutions. She is also a certified consultant and human resource leader.
